Unopened Products
14 Day Returns
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened Products
Non-Returnable
Due to hygiene reasons opened lashes cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect
Full Refund
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it immediately.
How to Return
To arrange a return please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
