• Hooded eyes — wispy outer flare that stays visible when eyes are open
• Downturned eyes — lift at the outer corner to balance the shape

Yes — every style is tested on a range of real eye shapes before it makes it into our collection. Representation isn't a marketing point for us, it's built into our process.

With proper care each pair can be reused 15–20 times. Gently remove glue residue after each wear and store lashes back in their tray.

Any clear or black strip lash adhesive works well with our lashes. We recommend a latex-free formula for sensitive eyes.

Measure and trim to fit, apply a thin line of glue along the band, wait 20–30 seconds until tacky, then place as close to your natural lash line as possible starting from the centre. Press the ends down and blend with mascara.

Due to hygiene reasons opened lashes cannot be returned. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return.

The Natural Collection is for everyday wearable looks that enhance without overpowering. As we grow, our collections will continue to expand to serve more looks, occasions and eye shapes.

No worries! Here's a general guide based on average eye sizes:

• Small / narrow eyes — 25mm to 28mm
• Average eyes — 28mm to 32mm
• Wide / larger eyes — 32mm to 36mm
• Extra wide eyes — 36mm to 40mm+

If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up slightly and trimming the outer edge to fit — always trim from the outer corner, never the inner. If you're still unsure feel free to contact us and we'll help you find your perfect fit.
